Doug Evans from the ETC/BD gave a presentation at the PhD course on “International forestry and global issues” held in Nancy, France on May 17-21. The course was organised by the French Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA) together with the European Forest Institute (EFI). The course addressed a range of issues relating to forests, covering a variety of topics from the state of the worlds forests to climate change. The title of Doug's presentation was "Forest Biodiversity in Europe: state, goals, conflicts of interests"
