As part of the programme of events for International Year of Biodiversity 2010, the EEA is installing a living facade on the front of the Agencys headquaters in Copenhagen.
Officially launching on May 22nd, The International Day for Biological Diversity, The Living Facade is a unique outdoor plant installation built on the facade of the European Environment Agency in Copenhagen. More than 5000 plants will draw a map of Europe and plant biodiversity. It will be in place from May 22 to October 2010.
