09/03/2010-SCALES

Isabelle Le Viol and Doug Evans of the Core Team attended the SCALES meeting held in Barcelona.

Doug Evans was at the meeting as part of the project Advisory Board and gave a presentation during the opening session of the meeting.

SCALES stands for Securing the Conservation of biodiversity across Administrative Levels and spatial, temporal, and Ecological Scales. The SCALES project is seeking a way to incorporate the issue of scale into policy and decision making in regard to biodiversity management. For more information on SCALES please visit their web site.
